Great hosts with the most beautiful garden backing onto native woods. full of birds and tranquil sounds of a mountain stream. fantastic house with a superb wet room. Great breakfast and wonderful hosts

Me and my partner can't quite find the words to describe how amazing Richard and Karen are as hosts. They are so so friendly and kind and really made us feel at ease and welcomed. The space was beautiful and private. The breakfast was impeccable and used local produce which we appreciated- literally used eggs from the chickens in their garden. They even went above and beyond at every step and got us special sausages as we don't eat pork. It was these little details that we massively appreciated. They are really knowledgeable of the area and recommended great walks and places to eat. Even went so far and took us on a little tour before we left which really gave warmed our hearts to how kind they are. We can't thank them enough and will definitely return.

Richard and Karen are absolutely amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with open arms. Their friendly and hospitable nature made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Not only were they flexible with our check-in time, but they also shared fantastic recommendations for local walks and dining spots. Their insights truly enriched our experience in the area. Their place is a true gem—lovely, immaculately clean, and incredibly welcoming. The cozy atmosphere made us feel like we were staying with dear friends. And let’s talk about breakfast! Each morning, Richard and Karen prepared a delightful meal featuring fresh eggs from their own chickens. It was a treat we looked forward to every day. The Brecon Beacons have so much more to offer, and we’re already planning our return. Thank you, Richard and Karen, for creating such a special retreat!

Richard and Karen have been amazing hosts. We felt right at home. The property was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. They gave us lots of recommendations to discover the area and even helped us find our way around. We felt so much welcomed. It was like staying at a friends house with delicious breakfast every morning. The area is beautiful and the house is close to the caves and the waterfalls. Even the beautiful seaside of Mumbles is only 40 mins drive away. Very highly recommended.

We cannot say enough good about the area (close to caves and hikes) and how wonderful the hosts were. They were very accommodating and the communication was perfect. They thoughtfully stocked the room and bathroom with amenities. We truly appreciated their conversation as well. They have lived fascinating lives and we enjoyed learning about them and Wales. We literally talked for hours because we wanted to and all of us enjoyed them. They also have a wonderful side business of woodwork and handicrafts, so be sure to ask about them for souvenirs. Highly recommend!
