I am giving this rental a less than favorable review because of the bad service we received from the management company. We booked 3 nights on the houseboat and when we arrived we found the place to be lovely and as described in the listing. Things began to fall apart when we contacted Korey to let him know that the refrigerator in the kitchen was not cooling properly. It was reading 56° and we couldn’t get it to cool. We had brought several meals with the intention of eating in. Korey was very slow to reply to our complaint so my husband began to see if he could find the issue. There was a large mass of ice that had formed around the fan so we defrosted the entire fridge and freezer unit thinking that could be the issue. After defrosting,the fridge still wouldn’t cool and Korey did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. We contacted him multiple times via email and text with no help. We asked for the owners phone and he refused to give it to us. Over $1000 for 3 nights with no fridge

My daughter and I had a lovely visit. It was a special place to relax, connect and spend time watching the sun set. The spaces are well appointed and quiet, even in a marina setting.
