It is very close to the Five Forks area of Woodruff Road (Greenville) and just off Hwy 101 and I-85. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cottage in the country. This home is still located close to so many things: 9 minutes to I-85 exit 54 15 minutes to Greenville Spartanburg International Airport 9 minutes to Tyger River Sports Complex 8 minutes to MESA Soccer Complex, Anderson Ridge Rd 30 minutes to Downtown Greenville and Fluor Field 9 minutes to BMW (Hwy 101) 5 minutes to Michelin (Hwy 101) There is plenty of unique dining selections in nearby downtown areas of Greenville, Simpsonville, Traveler's Rest, and Greer. This country cottage offers a comfortable stay away from traffic and people so you can relax and recharge. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has a full bed. The bathroom is equipped with many things you may need should you forget something. The kitchen also has almost anything you will need should you choose to cook- pots, pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. If you decide to eat out, there are so many choices nearby. The large covered wrap around porch in the back of the house is where you will no doubt spend most of your time. Relax in the seating area or enjoy your meal in the dining area. There is also a rocker and a swing on the porch. We welcome short and long stay guests. We provide a starter set of consumables such as hand soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. For our guests that stay more than a few days, we may have someone who will need to do yard work during your stay. We will notify you ahead of time when we can.
