My family and I love this place our 2nd time staying here everything is always perfect the host is the absoluteeeee best person ever the house was extremely clean the location is perfect we’ll definitely be booking again in the summer.

Sent several messages. Items that were advertised to be at home were broken and not listed as not working. Then we were charged $2000 to protect home but when we checked in there were items missing or broken. Cleaning staff and caretaker could do a better job. Loved the location and houses but family was disappointed for game room, theater room, TVs not working correctly and water toys broken (which we were told were there…so don’t bring your own). Thanksgiving parades and football games were not able to be watch in theater room. Took forever to get to work on Tv!! Remotes missing. Dirty door with puke which we cleaned. Broken cabinet handles, door and toilet holder. You have my list. We loved the location and houses….we would return but will ask to make sure all that is listed is provided. You should tell the rentals these details.

We had a blast! The fireplace was a hangout! Everyone had space and a bathroom! Beach was a short drive, fantastic place!

Beautiful home overall It was very nice and modern. Lots of space. If you have children keep in mind the pool is not gated and or the play area is not gated. Other then that. We had five cuples, all got kings and all the kids had plenty of space. We rented a golf cart from the rental in the neighborhood, was definitely a requirement it's a good walk to the beach. Any issued we had were promptly responded to at least and the ac is nice and cool, with lots of outdoor seating. Game / workout room was nice. Tho the recent renovation gave a strong smell.

This home was perfect for our annual family reunion beach trip. We have stayed in many different large homes over the last 8 years and this is our favorite so far. You can tell the owners spent a lot of time and effort decorating and stocking the house to make it just right for guests. The completely fenced property with all the amenities on site was so wonderful with the kids; we didn’t have to worry about them running around playing. We will be back!
