Not a great experience. Nice apartment, recently refurbished, but it smells stale. The area is run down. I messaged the agency a few times, they didn't respond. One day a rat fell out of the kitchen cupboard (got in through the ventilation system from upstairs), that was the only time the agency responded and apologized. They will change the system so that it cannot happen again. It's quiet, although the walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbours (residents) talking loud sometimes. After booking they sent a description full of don'ts and possible fines (a bit off putting), some info missing, others wrong. There's an emergency number only for the check in day, they ask you to message after that (to which they didn't respond). The phone number works well though, I had to call them on the arrival day as I couldn't find the apartment and they answered immediately. I stayed 5 nights but felt uncomfortable all the way through. I would have left early if I had been able to afford it.
