Millie sits on the Colchester Bog/Marsh and Lake Champlain a 2 min walk to our community beach, and The Causeway bike/walking trails she is one of a few original Cottages left. Amazing views of Lake Champlain, the green mountains, native flowers and birds in their natural habitat. Our guests over the last 20 years say she’s clean, comfy, cozy and perfect for her environment. She is older (Has a few gray hairs and wrinkles but we all age) and we love her just the way she is. Millie has One bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with a twin bed and a twin trundle. One living room we call the Lake room as it faces the Lake. Another living room/dining room combo and a full kitchen also facing the Lake, full bathroom with new bathtub/shower. Large patio with outdoor seating and a small deck both facing the Lake. A large yard with a charcoal grill and outdoor games on site. We are a small private community with a private beach and a private boat launch/access both are a 2-minute walk from Millie’s front door. A 5 minutes' drive to grocery stores, laundry mat, restaurants, gas, other local beaches, parks and more. A 7-minute drive to Burlington. Private parking large enough for vehicles and a smaller boat. Hedges for privacy on both sides of Millie. Millie recently had a makeover, fresh paint, new mattresses, all new bedding and linen, all new kitchen items, and some new furniture. She's older but cozy and clean and perfect for those traveling alone or as a family, for business or pleasure Fully fitted and high-speed internet.
