Claude's place was wonderful - clean, comfortable, private, and absolutely accurate to the listing. We greatly enjoyed the claw foot tub and the indoor fire place/woodstove. Claude was very responsive and helpful. It was a very peaceful and easy stay. We would recommend it highly to anyone looking to visit Quebec and wanting a private place a little off the beaten path.

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. It was clean and well equipped and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay- the hot tub was fantastic! It is a little remote and far from town but that was the only drawback.

Claude’s place was the perfect retreat. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are in a cozy hideaway. We visited off season so it was especially quiet, but from the downstairs living area it felt like we were completely private. Our intention for the trip was to get a break from the hustle of everyday while being close enough to go into Montreal if we wanted. Claude’s place delivered on all counts. Her decor was beautifully rustic with reclaimed wood and elevated touches that truly made it the perfect escape. It was relaxed but had some luxuries to make you feel pampered, like the claw foot tub in the bedroom with its own tv and views of the river or the rainfall shower upstairs. The woodstove and hot tub were awesome for the chilly weather. The kitchen was spotless and lovely to cook in. I hope to stay again in the future and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

We had a fantastic time at Claude's House, with a beautiful view of the river and lots of natural light in the house; cozy, comfy, super clean, and very peaceful. The communication with Claude was also great, very helpful, and quick regarding our questions! If you are looking for a calm and beautiful place to stay, I definitely recommend it!!

My partner and I had a cozy and relaxing stay at Claude’s chalet! The hot tub and wood stove were great, and the house is beautifully designed. Claude was very responsive and helpful, and we thought it was great value for a short winter getaway. There’s not too much to do in st ours but this is what we expected, and we appreciated the quiet :)
