Very close to OSU, which is good and bad. Noise was frequent after 8PM, but seemed to die down around 12-1AM. Neighbors were kind, unintrusive and left us alone. The area is busy, but street parking is regularly available. Brendan was a gracious host and very informative, had lots of great suggestions. The space is well maintained and clean, with terrific water pressure and temperature. Public transit is available in the area, as well as an abundance of scooters for rent. There are plenty of great dining options nearby, and lots to shop. There is a cat who lives in the shared basement who we have named Mrs. Hands, as she has an extra paw attached to her right hand. The only downside to the stay was that we could not directly pet Mrs. Hands.

I had to get to Ohio for a civil service test, from NY. I wanted something private without spending an arm and a leg on a hotel. I found Brendan's place and it was perfect. It was 9 minutes from where my test was being held and I loved that it was a private place, not a room. Parking was free on the street, which is also a huge plus! It was easy to find, check in was easy thanks to his clear instructions. I highly recommend.
