Great beach front duplex. We had 4 couples staying for the weekend and there was plenty of room. Lots of beach chairs and toys were available for us to use during our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. We had a great stay!

The View was great. right on the water, and well stocked. everything we needed to enjoy the beach was at the house.

Even with the rain trying to ruin our beachfront girls weekend, we had an absolutely fabulous time at Toes in the Sand! It was a perfectly sized duplex condo for our group of six women, and the whole experience felt like we were staying in the home of an old friend. Heidi was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind; the kitchen was well-stocked for our family meals in; they provided plenty of towels and bath products for our use, as well as access to their shed full of beach chairs, toys, etc. The beds were all so comfortable and fresh, and the views from the back deck just couldn’t be beat! We loved the direct private access to the beach and the convenience of the foot wash station on the walkway, in addition to the full outdoor shower below. Plenty of parking for a group coming from all directions, and the cutest family of rabbits to greet you as you arrive :) Would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking to be right on the beach, this is a beautiful location. The house was well appointed and comfortable with lots of bedroom and bathroom space for families. We would highly recommend this house for a beach getaway!

Our stay was exactly how an Airbnb experience should be. Completely frictionless, absolutely everything as it should be, or even better. The home and location are both incredible, the kitchen and rooms/bathrooms are well stocked with any needed equipment, the downstairs closet with beach supplies such as nice chairs, boogie boards, and even a Shibumi (we had our own, but that’s very very nice). Didn’t even once have to think about any need we had, as if we were in our own place, everything was perfect. Heidi was responsive, friendly, and helpful beyond expectations. The check out rules were posted clearly on the fridge, along with other helpful info. We had an amazing time, and would absolutely stay here again. I absolutely recommend staying here with 0 caveats.
