The property is well built. The 5 rooms on the first floor are well structured like a hotel. The property was clean. The cooking staff and care taking boys (4 people team) on the premises was very cooperative. but, We had numerous electricity on/off issues. there were fixes on power backup that required manual intervention by the support staff. TVs not having anything for kids to readily watch during rain and making the host do all kinds of things to get some single digit dollars of the TV channel activated was disappointing. Due to rains, the big garden and pool were not clean and kept well and thus not usable. A few other outdoor amenities not kept that well. Overall the property was pretty good, staff cooperative and host available to answer but we didn't feel the value for money given this was an expensive premium property and it did not live up to that expectation. It might be because of the rainy season in that area in that weather..
We enjoyed our stay as well as the food which was extraordinary good
