Ωραία τοποθεσία. Πολύ καλή συνεννόηση με τον Κωνσταντίνο ο οποίος ήταν και πολύ ευγενικός.. Καθαρός χώρος και πολύ ωραία θέα.

A brand new apartment, everything was spotless. Located in a quiet street, while many shops are very closeby (less than 5 minute walk). Not too far away a large park if you want to get away from city life. All major necessities for a longer stay were there. Bus stop to downtown 4 minute walk and also stops at a large bus stop hub (connections to major cities in Cyprus) which was very useful to me as I did not have a car. If you need to be in the area for work (as I was), a great place to stay. For holidays, I would rather stay at the coast or closer to the city center of Nicosia. I loved the balcony and the large doors to it that could be opened widely, connecting the living room with the outdoors. Neighbors very friendly. Constantinos's was very responsive and gave a lot of information during arrival. The only thing I missed was a little bit of personality in the apartment (e.g. a painting or picture).
