Firstly a great apartment which exceeded the photos on the advert. Check in was rather difficult. I submitted the pre-check in form which stated that we required a travel cot as we were travelling with a 10 week old baby. Check in is only from 4pm to 10pm, so a relatively short check in window so you would expect someone to be on hand to help. We were kept waiting for quite some time to be met by our host. You also have to call the office rather than directly to the person checking you in, which all became a bit frustrating. Further to that, they did not leave a travel cot in the property. We called after checking in and were told that one could not be delivered that evening because they had all gone home. Not great. First thing the following morning a brand new cot in packaging was delivered. Great, but only made me feel like they did not have one available in the first place. I sent a message about check out as we had an early flight, we were told to contact the office for guidance.
