Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, only 1 hour away from Athens. 4 acres of land, with beautiful olive, fig, orange and lemon trees. Unique beach front access offers hours of fun for kids and adults alike. In summer, enjoy the fresh produce from our garden. At the moment we are growing, cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis, green peppers and aubergines. We also have chickens who lay eggs every few days :) 4000 sqm estate situated right on the beach. The house has four double bedrooms with two shared bathrooms in the main house. Two are facing the sea and two the back garden which is filled with olive trees, fig, orange and lemon trees. On the very top is a loft double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with two balconies. One overlooking the sea and the other the back garden.

Our stay at this villa was a true delight. The house is very well equipped and offered breathtaking views and easy access to a private beach. Für unsere Familien (8+3) war das Ferienhaus optimal. Die Ausstattung war sehr großzügig und vielfältig. Der Garten und die Nutzung des Zugangs zum Meer waren für uns und unseren Kindern ein Paradies.
Geweldige locatie, mooi huis, grote en fijne tuin en vooral: de zee grenzend aan de achtertuin. Fantastisch, de kinderen hebben zich geweldig vermaakt.
Vivien's place exceeded our wildest expectations it was the first time the actual place beat the high expectations from the images! We were 3 couples with 2 small kids each, looking for a peaceful gateway with plenty of room for the kids to run around. Aside from the beautiful beach and all the other amazing mentioned amenities, Vivien's place has a swing, a tree house, and a shed full of usable water sports gear (Kayaks, boats, snorkels). A true paradise for kids and adults alike. Moreover, the house feels alive and full of details. The presence and attention of Vivien's family clearly show in every corner of the house; from a perfectly equipped kitchen to books, and art. Everywhere you look, the house is full of soul. And Vivien was always responsive, nice, and made us feel at home. To conclude, if Vivien's place is available, don't think twice and book it. We know we will definitely come back.
ויויאן הנחמדה מאוד ותמיד עונה פנויה לעזרה. הנכס מדהים! גינה עצומה צמודה לים. היציאה לים מתבצעת דרך מחסן הנמצא בקצה האחורי של הגינה. במחסן יש 2 קיאקים, סאפ ועוד אביזרי ים. נהנינו מאוד ואין ספק שנחזור.

Eretria is a small coastal tourist town in the South of Evia, just 1 hour away from Athens or a 90mins drive from the airport. It is connected by ferry to the port of Oropos.
On the beautiful seaside pedestrian street there are bars, cafes, taverns and ouzo.
Restaurants and grocery stores are a 5 min drive from the house or a 20 min walk through the beach.
The town of Eretria is also equipped with 5 pharmacies, a paediatrician, a GP, a dentist, and a clinic that offers X-Rays, blood work and ultrasound scans.
You can access the town by car which is a 5 min drive from the house. Parking is easy and for free. During high season, parking might get tricky but you will always find something on the little side streets.

Hi there, I am a mom of two boys, but have lived abroad for the last 27 years! Have recently moved back to Athens with my German husband and kids! We are thoroughly enjoying the warm weather, food and rediscovering my country. I adore travelling , trying out new things, experiencing new cultures, tasting different foods & smelling new smells.
