Had a great long stay with Palam Mansion. Apartment is new, clean and the view is superb. Location is great - walkable distance to many restaurants ranging from western fast food chains to nasi padang restaurant. Contact person / staff is super responsive, helpful and friendly. They also provide paid laundry service which is convenient. Would stay here again when I visit Batam next time.
