I stayed for a month, and it was a really good experience overall! The wifi was sufficient enough to work from home, the host was super responsive, the neighborhood felt safe, and the place was just as cute and cozy as it looked in the photos :)

Oji is an amazing person very friendly and makes you feel right at home, he went out of his way to get me an Uber at 12 am because my car broke down and offered to help get a tow. Seriously if your looking for a place do NOT miss out on this Great location Great food Great people Thanks Oji will be back 🙌🏽

Charming house on a quiet street. Nice coffee shop within 5 min walking distance, comfortable subway line to Downtown and Santa Monica nearby in case you are carless. Spend a month in this place, very comfortable and cozy. The place has everything you need and you always can ask Oji for help.

The hosts are incredible!! Also, the backyard is irreplaceable - very happy with overall listing. Stayed for 2 months and couldn’t have been happier. Absolute gem!!

I did a solo trip and stayed for 5 weeks and honestly, I couldn´t have chosen a better place. Oji and Margo are incredible in every sense of the word. The house: it was clean and spacious, it has everything you need for the kitchen (I cooked quite often), bathroom (including fresh towels), good wifi (I had to do some work some days and it was good) and a super comfy bed. Neighbourhood: clean and super safe, I came back at night a lot of times by myself and never had an issue. The people around were really friendly. Location: I don´t drive (I know, crazy as LA is a car city) so believe me when I say with total confidence that the location was amazing. You have the metro literally less than 10 min away walking. You are like in the middle of Santa Monica downtown and Downtown LA (the end of the blue metro line is 7th Street/ Metro center station which has connections with other lines and you are just in the city center). So imagine how great the location is with a car. Hosts: As I said before, Margo and Oji went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my whole stay. Super responsive if I needed something and honestly, they are just great. I can´t thank them enough for everything, I felt that house as "my home away from home". I can´t recommend them enough! I will definitely stay again there when I am back. Thank you, thank you!
