The neighborhood is connected to The Lakes Trail, tall trees and lots of space provide for a quiet stay. The tri-cities offers water recreation, hiking trails, and some of the best wineries in the country. Fully solar powered with EV charger connection available. (NEMA 14-50)

The place is nice and peaceful, out of the way and calm. You have to drive to where you want to go, but in tri cities that will be most Airbnb's. The host was very responsive and communicative. I had a friend get food poisoning and had to extend my stay by one night and they were very helpful.
This place was easy to find, very private. The layout was nice and everything was accessible. The water pressure was awesome. It was a very nice visit and a cozy place to stay.

Late 90s neighborhood with many old grown trees. Mostly 1acre lots creates space and helps keep the noise down. As the local community has grown it has grown around the neighborhood, to include the Queensgate shopping area (Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Golds Gym, and many restaurants and fast-food chains) and highway access all only a few miles away. In addition, the neighborhood has its own park (The Lakes Park) with walking/biking path, wildlife and 2 ponds.
