The 2bhk apartment that I booked was located at a prime location and also close to south kolkata’s renowned mall. Being located on the main road, the access to different transportation mode and shops was quite easy. The apartment is spacious and well decorated by Saba. She is a superb host and guided me through the entire process from locating the apartment to a seamless check out process. I must commend on the exceptional hospitality of the host. Some of the special aspect about this place: 1.Rooms are quite airy 2. Well equipped Kitchen with all modern appliances 3.A balcony 4.Work Desk If you are heading to Kolkata and searching for a cosy and homely place, I wholeheartedly would recommend this AirBnB hosted by Saba. With convinient location, minimal interiors and an attentive host , it’s really a gem that exceeded by expectation. Definitely going to be my 1st preference when I come back to this city, in near future!

It was really nice & comfortable experience. All things in the house are clean, new and impressive. It was well decorated, beautiful house like the hostess. I could see how much effort she has put in the apartment to make her guests satisfied! The location was also good. It is located in safe and convenient area. We can walk to the South City Mall and order nice dish on delivery service. Easy to access everywhere. One thing that I want to emphasize is the bedrooms. The hostess provided 2 bedrooms so we could choose where to sleep. The inside room was so cozy we could take a deep sleep without being disturbed. I highly recommend it! Hope to stay again someday.

I had an amazing stay at Saba's flat in Kolkata Bikramgarh! The location couldn't have been better – just a short 5-7 minute walk to South City and landmarks like Lords more, CMDA building, and Balaji Hot Chips right next door. The flat itself was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. Saba is a fantastic host who truly goes above and beyond. She responds promptly and ensures her guests feel right at home. When we requested her for a mixer grinder, she arranged it for us the very next day – If you're looking for a convenient location, a spacious flat.. you can definitely go ahead with Saba’s flat.

I'll be honest&objective, so it's helpful to future tenants. Pros: 1.Location: 10 min walk from S.City Mall, on the main road&next to bus stop. 2.Space: fair sized 3BHK, nicely furnished. 3.Certain amenities: big fridge, AC, laundry machine, water purifier, microvawe&a few more small things. Cons: 1.Cleanliness&maintenance: toilet pipes leaking, kitchen drawers& cupboards are full of dust&rubbish, bed blanket in stains, floor dusty&unwashed, insects on walls. 2.Equipment of kitchen: utensils are very basic. There was no knife/ chopping board when we arrived. When asked, host first suggested us to buy it ourselves, but next day sent some used ones. 3.Noise: bedroom with AC overlooks a busy road&it’s very noisy. We struggled to sleep coz of constant honking. Only less on a Sunday&between 12&4am. The place is well located, looks orderly, furnished nicely, has basic amenities as promised, but it needs a thorough cleaning&some maintenance. Saba is a fairly responsive host.
