About Us: Discover the art of Slow Living by Himalayan countryside at 'Faraway Cottages, Auli'. Perched at an elevation of 8,000 ft in village Parsari, with undisturbed views of the snow-clad Nanda Devi mountain range, UNESCO World Heritage Site, Faraway Cottages is an ideal place to observe the sweetness of a slow paced life and reconnect with the world in and around you. Rooms: We have a total of 6 cottages, each elegantly furnished with antiques, custom furniture and fitted with ceiling high windows offering spectacular views of the majestic Himalayas and surrounding countryside. Dining: We offer a fixed menu of freshly prepared Local, Indian and Continental food at our designated dining area as well as in the cottages. And depending on the weather we can serve outdoors or on the patio.
