What a wonderful place to stay! Extremely well stocked with everything you need, from Nespresso machines to containers to put leftover food in - couldn’t fault the facilities. Excellent outside space and large swimming pool, although shared was always quiet. The fixtures and fittings make the place really comfortable and homely. Highly recommend and won’t hesitate to rebook. Philip was a very responsive and helpful host.

Our family of 4 had a very enjoyable stay at Philip’s apartment. The apartment is in a very nice development, 5 min walk to the beach and walkable to the lake in Quinta do Lago and Izzy’s and Julia’s etc. New kitchen and great facilities. The shared pool is great and we had almost entirely to ourselves despite being peak summer. Philip was a very responsive host. All in all a terrific place.

We had a great week staying here. Philip was an excellent host and his apartment is beautiful throughout. Our kids loved the pool area and the fact the beach was so close by. We hope to come back again as a week wasn’t long enough. I’ve stayed in quite a few places over the years coming to this area and Philip’s is by far the best.

Excellent 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Quinta do Mar, quieter location but still within a few minutes walk to Ancao beach and several local restaurants /beach bars. Great size living space and fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. Large outdoor patio with dining and seating options and several sun loungers. Generous sized shared swimming pool set in well maintained garden is an added bonus too. Philip was an excellent host, really prompt communication and attentive to anything we enquired about, we also really appreciated being able to check out a little later than the advertised time, made all the difference to our onward journey, thank you 😊
