Quiet and peaceful, relax in the hot tub or with a glass of prosecco at the end of a great day skiing or climbing. The well equipped kitchen has a dining space and comfortable lounge area along with a DVD player, projector and music system. The hot tub is for use of guests in our apartment only. The apartment has a family sized ski boot dryer and ski storage space in the garage. Free parking is available and is only 4 km from the parking in Arabba which is part of the Sellaronda ski area. We have a kitchen, lounge and dining area in one room. Although it isn't big, our family of five enjoy the space and spending time together. My daughter and I love to cook and so the kitchen is set up for this. There is wood stored outside for the wood burning stove and the leather sofa is very comfortable and can be made into a double bed. Spare bedding is found in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and cupboards for your use. The luxury bamboo-linen bed linen helps to provide that special care and we also provide luxury bamboo towels for your use. The bunk room has two triple bunk beds and although the space is minimal, it is set up like this for our personal family guests. There is a small wardrobe, two sets of drawers and some children's books and toys. We recommend the bunk beds are used by children or smaller teenagers/adults only as you need to be agile to access the bunks! The hot tub is on our patio and we provide additional instructions for use. We request guests are mindful of others in the apartment block and we request quiet from 9pm to 7am. The instructions for finding the apartment and the keybox code will be sent to you a few days before your arrival.
