If you are looking for beautiful views, lovely terraces and a great ambiance this villa has them all. Just a short walk to some fantastic Italian restaurants and steps down to the crystal clear sea. Giulio ensured we were made to feel welcome and comfortable, and went out of his way to be a great host. For us the early September weather was perfect for a relaxing stay and we would certainly like to visit again.

Beautiful house with a fantastic view, terrace and a private garden. Villa with a discreet old-time charm. It has everything you need and makes you feel at home. Giulio was a great host, helpful and responded quickly to all communication. When we arrived there was welcome fruit and wine waiting for us in the fridge. It was very pleasant after a long drive. We would like to come again.

Wonderful villa in the heart of beautiful Castro Marina, featuring incredible and expansive sea and old town views from the multi-level terrace. You couldn't ask for a better location! Everything is just steps away - restaurants, cafes and of course the sparkling sea. The villa is well equipped with excellent air conditioning in all of the bedrooms. We prepared many meals in the kitchen which we enjoyed together on the spacious terraces. Giulio was a kind and welcoming host and left many goodies for us, including fresh fruit, wine, beer, coffee, juice, taralli and more! Castro is an absolute delight, a friendly and charming gem in the amazing Salento region. Grazie Giulio!

The house and location are incredible. It is only a couple of minutes walk to steps into crystal clear waters. The view from the two terraces is absolutely spectacular, with enough sun loungers and chairs for everyone to enjoy the view. The house is large and well equipped. Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. The beds were made to a hotel standard with a complete set of towels for each guest. The aircon units in the bedrooms appeared to be new, and were very efficient. Guilio met us on arrival. He had put a big bowl of fruit in the fridge for us, juice, water and beer. There was also coffee, and other nibbley things for us to snack. An extra special treat was the limoncello in the freezer! Guilio was great to deal with throughout our stay. Parking directly outside the house in the high season in the middle of the day could be an issue. However, Guilio was able to organise hire of garage from a neighbour for our stay. I can not rate Guilio and his beautiful villa highly enough and we will be back in the future for sure!

Giulio was a welcoming and helpful host, and the villa has completely breathtaking sea views and a lovely terrace. It’s right in the heart of town so it’s very convenient for everything.
