We are 1 of only 12 legal nightly rentals on the north shore of oahu. No 30 days minimum or weird contracts etc. Peace of mind when booking. Safe and peaceful neighborhood in the center of the North Shore. This home is located in a small peaceful neighborhood next to Waimea Bay in the heart of the North Shore. This unit features 2 private loft sleeping spaces with queen size beds, air condition & fans. High speed Wi-fi, Fully equipped with a full functioning kitchen. Cozy living room space with a designated working space & a 65 inch TV. This unit also features a private full size sauna and a gym space with a small private upper deck area great for yoga or getting sunshine. Sleeping spaces and upper deck are accessed by ladders. This unit has 1 designated parking spot in a shared off street gated parking. Eight minute walk to Waimea Bay plus some of the islands most beautiful beaches, Large grocery store, shopping, and restaurants are all within 5-10 minutes drive.

Great location on North Beach. Easy check in and the parking at the house worked great. Local recommendation for surfing lessons were also helpful and made for a fun experience. Thanks for the stay.

Jay was quick to respond and very helpful! The place itself was perfect! Loved having a big driveway for parking! The location was epic! Right on Waimea point and so close to everything along the Northshore beaches. Loved the sauna with red light. And the outdoor shower / work out area. We had our own little paradise behind that tall fence! Highly recommend 🤙🏻

*Regarding beach access, We sit next to Waimea Bay. There is a neat trail that goes out from our cul-de-sac and has the option to go up to a fabulous lookout over the bay where you can see turtles, dolphins, occasional whales and wonderful sunsets. It also has an option to go down towards the beach and if the there are no waves and the water is flat (mostly in the summer) then you can jump in the water from the rocks and swim a short distance to the beach, otherwise there is a local trail/pathway behind the house that the locals use to access the beach, we have timed this walk and it takes about 8 minutes.
If you have never been to the North Shore one of the cool features is that there are so many beaches to visit so we encourage you to drive around and visit many of the nearby beaches that are literally minutes away, Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline, Turtle beach and Ali'i beach in nearby Haleiwa, as well as Sharks Coves on the other side of the bay for epic snorkeling.
