Guests who utilize this bedroom will be provided linens, pillows, and blankets for the beds but will need to prepare them for use. The main stairway leads to the upper level, here you have a beautiful open concept great room with vaulted pine ceiling, family room, kitchen, and dining area. The vaulted ceilings give this room a luxurious cozy lodge feeling, add a gas fireplace and large screen smart TV (BYOLI...bring your own log in's) and this room is the perfect focal point for your family or group to gather and visit. The opposite end host the elegant master suite with vaulted pine ceiling, king size bed, large bathroom, walk-in tiled shower with hand held shower head, walk-in closet space, and laundry room with washer and dryer available for guest to use. This home is located in one of the most desirable HOA developments in the Woodstock area. HOA amenities include an in ground pool, tennis courts, and grilling area. They are available for guest use upon host approval and refundable security deposit (please inquire if you are interested in accessing the amenities, available Memorial day-Labor day). Please note: The HOA amenities are not part of the home amenities, they are managed by the HOA and there is no control over the maintenance schedule.
