Chambre et salle de bain sympas, très propre, à 10min à pieds du centre commercial Très Aguas et à 30min en transport de Madrid Centre, très agréable

The room is very basic with a bed, desk, and closet. Some things we enjoyed were the door that separates the bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the house, the metro is a very easy 4 minute walk away from the airbnb, and the simplicity of the room. Somethings we did not enjoy, the bed was quit uncomfortable, we woke up with aching backs most days, second the door to the entry was very hard to open, most times we were only able to get into the apartment because the host was home and could let us in. The other times the host wasn't there it took us 10-15 minutes to figure out the key and lock to get inside. This place is about 30 minutes from the city and was 1hr and 20 min away from Aravaca, which was where we needed to go each day which ended up being an inconvenience and wasn't the best location choice on our part. There is coffee and muffins each morning. We can't say much about the kitchen because we didn't use it. Over all the place was okay value for the cost.

Francisco é uma excelente pessoa, foi extremamente receptivo e gentil. O ambiente é limpo e organizado. A localização é ótima, sendo de rápido acesso ao metrô, a supermercado e ao centro. Com certeza voltaremos.

Todo perfecto con la casa de Francisco. Es una persona muy amable y atenta. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en su casa, 100% recomendable
