Travis's place was perfect. It's well stocked, easy to get to, and ideal for a trip off of the strip. Would not only recommend this place to friends, but would also stay there again. The only thing that could make it better would be pool floaties, so bring your own!

Close to the strip with great pool and patio area. Much better option than a hotel!

We had a great time staying at this place. The house easily accommodated three couples and it was so nice to have a pool. Quick drive to the strip, downtown/arts district, and restaurants and grocery stores.

First off, the house was fantastic, especially for a MCM lover like me. Travis was upfront about the pool not being heated, so we knew there was a chance it wouldn't be an option for us. It was not an option - the day we arrived, it was 52 and raining! But the house is great - small, but perfectly outfitted for a small family like ours. The finishes were gorgeous and our kids appreciated TVs in each room. Travis communicated well and reached out when we arrived late. I had to give the stay 4/5 only because of the location - it's a bad neighborhood. We didn't feel safe walking anywhere and the park down the street was full of addicts. The main street (Eastern) was a racetrack for suped-up cars after dark and sirens rang throughout the night. If you are planning on spending your time in Vegas on the strip or doing touristy things, you might not mind as much, but we were hoping to spend ample time outside exploring the neighborhood. Shame on me for not doing my homework.
