Our house is located in the heart of Zona Rosa, San Benito on the same street "Reforma" where Spanish & Italian embassies are. It's one of the saftest neighborhood in S.S. *Stay in this spacious and secure two story private house. You’d experience what is like living in the authentic Salvadoreño house. -Spacious two living rooms with a big kitchen. -A/C installed in all 3 bed rooms. -All 3 rooms have own bathrooms. -Perfect for a family up to 8. -Stocked Kitchenette(Plates, Utensils, Salt, Pepper, Local grown ground coffee) -Has space for two parking lots with a roof as well as a private street park available. -Towel and toilet papear are provided. -High speed WiFi will allow you to stay in touch with your friends and relative. -The streaming service such as YouTube & Netflix, HBO, Amazon T.V will be perfect for you to sit down and relax in a comfortable sofa after a long day of activities.

Place was just as advertised. Amazing location, access to many places to eat and shop. Only downside is the nightclub across the street, very loud and took a few hints to get used to. Would have loved to have been warned ahead of our arrival. But place was spacious and private. Beds were sooooo comfortable! And the rooms having their own respective bathrooms was beyond helpful!

I loved it, very private, spacious. the location is the best of the best you can walk to many restaurants and bars, malls, convenience stores, super markets etc . Is in the heart of Zona Rosa with many things to do I will definitely stay in this house as my first option. Alcy and Young are so adorable and very responsive to any issues that we encountered and it was only the main gate to enter the premises that wasn't operating and they both came and solved it right away. thank you for having us in your beautiful house we will definitely come back

My house is inside of small 4 residential community.
Next to the root food artisan restaurant.
One block away Irish pub “Repulík”
Tony Romas, Mac Donald, Wendy’s, Subway, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Denny’s and so many restaurants close by.
*You might hear live music from the neighbor bars, mostly at the weekend. Remember that you’re in the heart of Zona Rosa where all nightlife entertainment happens, our neighbors are restaurantes , pubs, bars where live music & concerts are often held. If you look for a quiet place, our home may not suit you.
