This is an ideal family getaway that is perfectly located in Westport, Ontario. Situated on Main Street, you are literally a stone's throw to everything the village has to offer. This century house has the unique character of an older house with some of the comforts of modern living. A deep garden offers a ton of space for kids & dogs to run and the dock with Adirondack chairs offers the lakeside living we all crave in the spring, summer and fall. Ideally sleeps 9, Attic 4 but ideally for kids. The house has two big living rooms, one with a pull out sofa that sleeps 2. There is a large dining room that seats 6 but when we have large groups we add a card table (found in garage) to one end and add extra chairs. The kitchen has a small TV room off of it with a sectional sofa and chair. There is a small bathroom off of the kitchen with shower/very small tub and laundry. Upstairs are three bedrooms with sleeping for 7, one king, one single, one queen and one double. There is a second floor bathroom with tub/shower as well. The attic has 4 single beds and is ideal for children although it does get very hot in the summer. We do have fans and the windows do open. It has slanted ceilings so it requires bending, however it is up to you if you would like to use it.
