Situated on just under one acre, this unique property features 2 separate houses that have been meticulously renovated & are joined together by a heated pool & fabulous outdoor entertainment oasis. The stunning main house consists of 2 bedrooms/2.5 baths & the second house consists of 2 bedrooms/1 full bath. Both are luxuriously appointed. The estate is located minutes to downtown West Palm, Palm Beach, the beach, top restaurants & shops. The Key West Estate was designed to make your vacation the most memorable one ever. There are 2 buildings on site. The main house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, as well as a chef-designed kitchen, home office, and comfortable living room with French doors that lead out to the tropical oasis back yard. The second house consists of two bedrooms and one full bath, as well as a full kitchen and living room. Nestled between both houses is an outdoor entertainment area, complete with a vine-lined pergola, luxury lounge chairs, outdoor BBQ, and outdoor eating area. This, of course, overlooks the incredible pool, which is *heated, has decorative fountains, and dramatic evening lighting. The entire estate is fully fenced and is surrounded by tropical landscaping, thus ensuring complete privacy. SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed (can be made into 2 twins) and 1 twin | Bedroom 4: 1 King | Living Room 2: convertible sleeper | Office: pull out couch BATHROOMS: There are 3.5 completely renovated bathrooms. INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV, ceiling fans, dining table, laptop workspaces, sun room KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishware & flatware, dishwasher, microwave, complimentary spices, blender OUTDOOR LIVING: Pool, BBQ grill, pergola w/ outdoor dining area and separate seating area. Arrangements can be made prior to arrival to have the pool heated for a small surcharge based on individual preferences. GENERAL: Free internet, keyless entry, central air conditioning, hair dryer, hangers, laundry machines, laundry detergent, linens/towels, trash bags/paper towels PARKING: Driveway parking for 4 vehicle and Street parking

Truly 10/10 experience for the entire trip. The home is amazing and every single question I had was responded within 10 minutes. I can’t recommend enough for large groups or small groups! We will 100% come back :)
We had the most amazing experience here. We came with a group of 8 girls and it was the perfect amount of space for us. It was exactly what was described and looked just like the photos. They thought of everything we could ever need and there were plenty of towels and things. Everyone was RAVING about how comfortable the beds are- the bride even said “this is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in”. Would 10000% recommend this spot
Had An amazing stay with friends. The location was easy to get to from the airport and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. Both homes on property were spotless and it felt like we were staying at a resort with the pool and outdoor space. Plenty of towels, linens etc for all guests. Highly recommend and would bring my family back!

The estate is in Old Northwood, which is a highly sought after historic neighborhood near Downtown West Palm Beach. We are located just one block from the Intracoastal and are located within walking distance to a number of wonderful restaurants and cafes. We are 4 minutes to Downtown, 6 minutes to Palm Beach, 12 minutes to PBI Airport, and 8 minutes to the beach!
There is plenty of on-site parking on the driveway. The driveway can easily fit 4 cars. There is also on-street parking available as well.
