Hi, it was a pleasant stay at The 1959 House. It is a 10-15 minute walk from Police Bazaar and Ward's Lake. The host, Kenneth, was very helpful and guided us to a good cab vendor, as well. The staff was quick and polite. The place itself looked recently renovated but, had some old structures as well, which added to the charm. However a few things would have improved the experience to a greater level: 1. More clothes hangers- we had only 1 for 4 people 2. Some more items like forks, scissor, larger spoons etc in the kitchen. 3. For room heating, there are fireplaces in all rooms. However, lighting a charcoal fire is chargeable at Rs 350. This could probably included in the package. 4. A bulk discount for 3+ days stay or suchlike will encourage visitors to plan for longer. All in all, it is a nice place and I will recommend it to everyone.

We had a comfortable stay at Kenneths place..the room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The caretaker was helpful and provided everything needed. Kenneth was quite responsive and helpful to all our queries.

Loved staying at Kenneth’s place, it’s a very beautiful house with an amazing location. Kenneth was a really nice host, he made sure our stay was comfortable and that we have everything we needed.

Nice & cozy place, good to live with your family. Very neat & clean, with all amenities. Kenneth is very responsive and always available to help you out with anything. Caretaker were also very supportive and well behaved.
