Book with CAUTION. Planned to stay for 4 nights, left after 2 due to unresolved sewage health hazard. Sewage smell was intense, an entire bedroom, bathroom, and living room were unusable, we stayed outside. Host was alerted (managed by a corporate 3rd party Bookiply), said it was an issue from the week before. Initially host agreed to refund for vacating early, also made 2 attempts to fix the sewage, plastic and then cement over outside drain but issue remained. After we left the property, the host refused a refund, claiming issue was fixed. We have lost $1000s because of this hazard. Property also had worms on walls and ants in bedrooms and bathrooms. Dishes in kitchen were not clean, refrigerator water filter was filthy. Lights flickered constantly. Bedding uncomfortable. Overall condition of home was unkept and cost far exceeds its worth. We are very disappointed, gave host several opportunities to make things right before writing this review but he declined. Do not stay here.

If you want an authentic French countryside experience, 30 min on beautiful country roads from St Tropez, this is nice. The view is stunning with the hills and water. Pool was relaxing. Remy is great! The quick road to the house is dirt and narrow and not well maintained, just be aware of it. Overall lovely stay with some inconveniences.

VISTA MOZZAFIATO, CASA STUPENDA da guadagnarsi! la casa è veramente incredibile, arredata con gusto eccezionale, camere ampie, bagni stupendi con docce grandi, asciugamani e lenzuola di qualità . Cucina di grande fascino, arredo veramente di gusto. Piscina non enorme ma perfetta e con affaccio incredibile. La vista è impagabile! Il vero motivo x restare anche solo chiusi in casa tutto il tempo, un panorama che difficilmente dimenticherò! Segnalo solo la via di accesso alla casa stretta e scoscesa, solo un pochino di attenzione x auto grandi o ribassate, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena!
