Jin was a superb host. I was accommodated on a same day reservation and inquired about a long term reservation. Very responsive and helpful. The stay was just as expected quiet and relaxing. The house looked exactly like the pictures and felt like a home away from home. I will definitely book with Jim again. My first choice every time I visit Haines City.

This home has far too many issues to be close to comfortable. We have dogs and based on the photos and description we were deceived into believing we were renting a single family home with an enclosed yard. NOT the case. This is a SPLIT UNIT, and the fences are only the edges of the neighbors fences, the yard is not enclosed. The welcome instructions included a list of rules we NEVER agreed to, like the fact they are monitoring the volume level 24/7 and threaten to fine you if you are too loud. This is again because they lied and never told you another family would be sharing the unit next to you. By the way both units SHARE a thermostat. Then there is the disgusting odor coming from the laundry room (next to kitchen), the dishwasher that doesn’t work. We had no plungers or pool key. Also the unit has mice because the back door is sealed. We told Jin and he sent a cleaning crew (didn’t solve). I could literally write for hours but I’m out of space. This was a terrible experience for 4k
