非常好的住宿地点！特别喜欢街对面的24小时超市！不是一般的便利店！是一个大超市！房源很私密，独享整个大花园。房屋很安静，床和被子都特别舒服。我们到过罗马很多次，非常满意这次的住宿，几乎两天都待在家里没有离开。主人好心准备了起泡酒和甜点！（真的很好吃也好喝）希望下次回到罗马我们可以继续住在这里。离家最近的火车站可以步行15分钟到达，有火车直接去机场！

房间非常漂亮有很美的庭院，房东还为我们准备了甜点饮料和酒。附近有24小时营业的超市，距离公交车站也非常近。如果再来罗马我还会选择这里。

It's like an oasis in Rome. A spacious and pretty garden and a safe parking spot. My kid loves it. The host gave us a variety of drinks (wine included) and lots of cookies. Thanks to you, we have a great time in Rome.

While vacationing in Rome with my adult daughter it was necessary for me to find another place to stay after plans did not meet expectations. I desperately prayed to find another place at such short notice and after checking with the hotel for alternate housing I turned to Airbnb for the rest of my visit. Mirko's listing caught my attention for safety, security, location, and accessibility. I contacted him through the app letting him know I had an emergency and he contacted me back within 30 minutes. He had other guests leaving that day, so I was able to move in that night and continue my stay in Rome. The home was beautiful, safely tucked behind a fully gated yard with a lovely garden. Mirko gifted me a plate of fresh cookies, drinks in the refrigerator and a very inviting space. Everything was clean and perfect for my stay. I rested well and truly fell in love with the home. I would not hesitate to book with Mirko in the future when I return to Rome.

I had a very nice time in Mirko's oasis in Rome. The indications were very clear and the place easy to find and to access by car. I could park the car in a safe place. The house was very neat when I arrived and smelled freshly cleaned. It was very well equiped and very confortable, from ambient temperature to bed. The location is nearby the city center, easily accessible by bus (every 5-15min) +/- metro. In the welcoming guide book, you'll find useful informations about transports in town. Still, plan on leaving early to go to the Vatican on rush hour because buses and metros are full. I certainly recommand this place for a succesful trip in Rome!
