Welcome to Leenaa. A beautiful little beach home nestled amongst the trees in the heart of Carlton,Tasmania. Stumbling distance away from the crashing waves you’ll find nothing but tranquility in this magical space. Only half an hours drive from Hobart , Carlton Beach provides the perfect cityscape or out of town base for those visiting Tas. Leenaa is a home that isn't currently receiving the use she deserves, allow her to be yours too, we guarantee you'll love her as much as we do. This house is a unique combination of tree house vibes meets seaside shack with a modern twist. You'll find all the creature comforts a modern space has to offer but with a little more creativity and adventure. All spaces and rooms are newly furnished with quality furniture, bedding and decor. You'll find the kitchen includes all that you need to creat your feasts and that there'll be plentiful pantry items available to use. Bathrooms are equipped with our favourite earthy toiletries as well as hair dryer and straightener. The house is perched on a sizeable block with an abundance of decking and outdoor entertaining space - barbecue included. There is an indoor wood heater, perfect to set the ambiance for those colder nights but the house is fit out with heat pumps and fans for max comfort. We are a five minute walk to the river mouth end of Carlton Beach which is an epic surf break and fishing spot. Beyond there you have 3 kilometres of beach to explore that will take you from our end (the Carlton end) to Park Beach (another surf break with a surf school and beautiful cafe). When booking guests have the ability to select and pay for the number of guests they wish to stay. If you require the use of more than one room please let us know in advance as bedrooms will only be made available for the number of guests applied however the rest of the house is yours. Due to the nature of the space this house is not suitable for children under the age of 12. Pets considered upon application.
