Our guests love the location. The apartment is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the U3 metro station. From here, you can easily access Vienna's most famous landmarks, tourist spots, and business venues, such as the Golden Quarter (15min) , the State Opera, and renowned museums. For shopping enthusiasts, the famous Mariahilfer Strasse is within walking distance, and the Westbahnhof Shopping Mall, supermarkets, food markets, local food stores, bakeries, and boutiques are all just a short stroll away.
Schloss Schönbrunn is accessibly by foot.
Sports lovers will find plenty of options in the district, including the Wiener Stadthalle, a multi-purpose indoor arena that hosts sporting events, concerts, and an Olympic swimming pool. Additionally, the 15th District is home to numerous theaters, music venues, galleries, restaurants, and cafes.
The district is also known for its beautiful parks and green spaces, including the popular Schönbrunn Palace Gardens. The western section of the gardens is located within the district, boasting Baroque-style gardens, fountains, statues, and a maze, making it the perfect place for a leisurely stroll or a picnic.

Getting around:
Schweglerstraße U3 Station - Exit to Märzstraße is located approximately 200 meters from the apartment.
Getting from the Airport to the apartment:
1. Taxi: Taxis are readily available outside the airport terminal and are the most convenient option if you have heavy luggage or prefer a direct route. The ride to Benedikt Schellinger gasse will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. The fare will be around 40-50 euros.
2. Public Transportation: Vienna has a very efficient public transportation system that connects the airport to the city. Take the City Airport Train (CAT - €14,90) or the S7 suburban train to Wien Mitte station, and then transfer to the U-Bahn (subway) U3 line heading towards Ottakring. Get off at Johnstrasse station, and then take the tram 49 towards Hütteldorf to Schellhammergasse station. From there, Benedikt Schellinger gasse is a 5-10 minute walk. The total journey time is approximately 50-60 minutes, and the fare will be around 4-5 euros.
3. Airport Shuttle: There are several shuttle services available at the airport that can take you to your destination in Vienna. They operate on a shared-ride basis, so you may need to wait for other passengers to arrive before departing. The fare will be around 15-20 euros per person, and the journey time will depend on the number of stops and traffic.
