I49 and popular Youree Dr. Home features keyless entry, full size laundry with new washer and dryer, fabric steamer, fully stocked kitchen, airfryer, different ways to make coffee, basket with snacks, basket with toiletries, stainless steel appliances, carport and private driveway parking. Now let's talk bedrooms. Bedroom 1 will have a king size memory foam mattress. It's basically like sleeping on a cloud, except cloudier. Bedroom 2 and 3 are furnished with a queen sized memory foam mattresses. There is also a crib size mattress available you can place on floor near the king, in case you have a little one who needs to sleep near you but you want them on their own mattress. All 3 bedrooms come with black out curtains and a 55 in smart screen tv. Bring your own logins. There are also charging station ports on end tables near each bed side and near couch in living room. The living room is equipped with a comfy mid-century modern sofa and 2 chairs with a 70 in smart tv. Boardgames and books to use at your pleasure. Dining room table seats 8. Master bathroom has a shower only and other bathroom is in hallway and has a shower/bath combo. As a reminder, smoking/vaping within 10 feet of the building is prohibited. Please take shoes off upon entering. No pets please.
