This was a lovely unique cottage in north Wales. Felt very peaceful and relaxing with just the sounds of the wildlife. Incredible views and lovely homely facilities. There was plenty of firewood and the check in and out process was simple and stress free. Very reasonable priced and the host was responsive to any enquiries. Would love to stay again as we felt like we had more to discover. Thank you Pete for hosting me and friends at your Air BnB.

From the start of the booking to check out Pete was a gent. Friendly, responsive and helpful. The Cottage itself is in a beautiful spot overlooking Llyn Padarn lake, which is off the beaten track, but we were given excellent directions. On a good day the surrounding area of Snowdon and the ranges around it, (sadly we didn’t have the weather to see these, but we won’t hold that against Pete) It was a beautiful relaxing time and we had everything we needed to stay comfortable, a well stocked kitchen, clean bathroom, comfy beds and a fantastic wood burner. I would recommend staying here for families, couples or groups of friends, it’s a great place to get out and see this stunningly beautiful part of the world. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Brilliant stay in Pete’s lovely cottage. Views were outstanding and we were a stone throw away from all the areas we wanted to venture to! We’ve also got muscles in our legs from opting to keep the car parked at the top of the hill 😂 would recommend! X

Tyddyn Uchaf was a delight, exactly as described and more. The cottage was clean, cosy and decorated with tasteful simplicity. A hidden gem in the beautiful mountains of Eryri. We would visit again in a flash. Diolch o galon i Pete am ei letigarwch a'i fwthyn bendigedig.
