This is a newly renovated, beautiful guest house situated in the historical village of Bromborough Pool. Please note that the exterior of the property is still being worked on, I will add photos as it improves. Secluded private property with secure parking and an overnight electric car charging point. Central heating throughout, kitchen, including fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Separate immaculate shower room. Great links to nearby Liverpool and Chester. The property has been beautifully restored to compliment it's original features while still maintaining modern home comforts. The lodge opens up to a large open kitchen and living room with vaulted ceiling. The kitchen includes an under-counter fridge with small freezer, sink and gas oven. You will also have access to a kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso Coffee machine. The lounge consists of a double sofa which can be converted into a double bed if required. There is a television and good Wifi. You will then find a separate shower room with a modern shower, toilet, sink and plenty of storage space. Finally, there is a cosy bedroom with a double bed and storage. The property has central heating throughout. Ideally the lodge would be for 1 or 2 guests, enabling you to have space to relax, but as stated, it can sleep 4 guests. There is access to an outside area including table and chairs and private parking with Electric car charger overnight if needed (added cost). The Coach House has also been fitted with a security alarm for use with any longer term rentals.
