Or walk down to South Bank with extensive botanic gardens and artificial beach. The spacious, newly renovated apartment features a stylish living area that opens onto a balcony with laid-back views of the park. Unusual for a 1 br, this apartment has an unusually large kitchen that has been fully equipped with every utensil you’ll need. Cook up a storm, then dine either indoors or out on the balcony. Kick back to watch movies or shows on the 65-inch smart TV with Netflix, Prime or Stan included. Choose your café downstairs or make your own coffees using Nespresso. A choice of teas also provided. The bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of wardrobe space. A study nook allows you to work away from the living area. With a choice of pillows and extra bedding you’re in for a good night’s sleep. The laundry offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, tub and ironing facilities. The stylish bathroom offers a walk-in shower and luxury vanity unit with mirrors to the ceiling. An innovative "chair bed" in the living room cleverly unfolds into a very comfy king single bed. All the bedding you'll need will be provided, but only on request. So please be sure to ask for this at the time of your booking should you plan to use this extra bed in the living room. (Naturally, you'll need to make your own bed using the provided bedding.) In the building you’ll find a shared swimming pool and a well equipped gym.

From the earliest interactions with Mark, everything has been incredibly smooth, friendly and professional. Mark went above and beyond in helping us into the apartment earlier than std checkin (perhaps thanks to the place being already available). Such a nice touch and so appreciated. The location is fantastic, the comfort of the apartment and everything inside is perfect for a getaway with a sense of privacy, space and huge levels of convenience. Highly recommended, Mark is an exceptional host and the apartment is perfect for staying in Brisbane.
아침 비행기라 걱정했는데 일찍 짐도 맡아주시고, 저희 도착시간에 미리 기다려주셔서 반갑게 맞아주셔서 얼마나 감사했는지 몰라요. 덕분에 머무는 동안 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. 사우스뱅크의 관광명소를 도보로 갈 수 있고 이용할 수 있는 식당과 카페, 식료품 가게도 가까이 있어서 불편한 것 없이 잘 지냈어요. 숙소 바로 앞에 공원, 놀이터가 있어서 아이가 얼마나 행복해했는지 몰라요. 마크는 너무 자상하고 따뜻한 분이셨어요. 브리즈번에 오면 꼭 다시 찾을 게요.
Lovely apartment in a great location that's walkable to lots of the sights in Brisbane including Southbank. Mark was super responsive and accommodating. A bonus was the car space. Highly recommend :)

You'll be able to walk to many convenient locations, including two full-line supermarkets and multiple restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and specialty shopping.
Located opposite Musgrave Park, the apartment is in a more tranquil location with less traffic or night-life noise. Despite its very central location it's just a block or two away from numerous entertainment areas.
The local South Brisbane train station is an eight minute walk away.
South Bank Ferry Terminal is an 11 minute walk away. Seeing the city and surrounding suburbs from the ferry is affordable and highly recommended.
South Brisbane is directly across the river from the Brisbane CBD. Expect the advantages of an urban environment with shopping and eateries close by, along with building construction which continues down most streets in South Brisbane.
With free parking in the basement, you'll find the best way to get around is on foot. The convention centre, theatres, supermarkets, pubs and eateries are just minutes away.
A great way to explore Brisbane is from the river, aboard one of the fast and smooth City Cats. There are various stops along the river where you can hop off and on. South Bank 1 Ferry terminal is an 11-minute walk from the apartment.
If you would like to explore further afield, you might like to hire a car to visit the Gold Coast down south or the Sunshine Coast up north of Brisbane. Expect to drive about an hour to an hour and a half. And of course, there are also many inland scenic areas to consider too.

Apart from the gorgeous weather and super-friendly community, Brisbane is rapidly becoming one of Australia's most vibrant and progressive cities with a strong focus on the arts.
