Celebrated my 40th birthday here with 14 of my closest girlfriends and it had everything we needed and more! Even more incredible than the pictures, ample space for everyone and the perfect layout centralized around the modern and spacious living and dining area. Though we struggled a bit with the modern appliances (microwave, dishwasher and getting the sound system going) we attributed that more to our age lol. The beds were so comfy and the cleanliness impeccable!! Bryce went above and beyond discussing options for pool/hot tub heating prior to my arrival which was greatly appreciated! Something to note is there is no drinking water which we didn’t realize until we checked in, and the ice machine makes very limited ice so plan accordingly. We LOVED having Sonos in and outdoors with the dual controls! Overall everyone loved the place and we decided we may have to make this an annual trip! Thank you!!

Excellent!!! Professional, quick to respond, helpful Hosts. The property is perfect for a group / family wanting to get away ….not stay in a hotel….have more privacy….large spacious newer beautiful home. Big backyard with pool, spa, fire-pit…..Bath Supplies all provided…..Coffee….beautiful towels and bedding. Professionally managed home for use as vacation get-a-way. Our friend group all wants to come back soon! Thank you.

As an avid traveler we get to stay at a lot of hotels, resorts, and ABnB properties. This is one of the nicest and best architected places we have stayed at in Palm Springs. The house is beautiful and almost brand new. The bedsheets and towels were spotless, and the house was very nice and clean. We loved the configuration with the 6 rooms going around the house (each with a nice private patio and a nice large TV) and the great room in the center with high ceilings, a beautiful and large island, and large rolling doors opening up to the pool. Our host responded to all questions and queries almost immediately. We usually like to experience different properties, but we all agreed that we should come back again to this place very soon.

We do this by partnering directly with property owners (investors), who are looking for a way to maximize their returns on their investment properties. Using our extensive knowledge in both the Real Estate and Travel Industries, our 10+ years renting on Airbnb and other sites, and our proprietary software that we have built in house; we are able to offer a service that is un-matched.
