Super séjour dans l’appartement de Maxim ! Très confortable et proche de commerces, restaurants et station de métro ! L’hôte est très réactif et courtois ! Une petite attention était laissée le jour de notre arrivée avec un petit mot ! Tout était parfait rien a redire !

Great location. Maxim has done such a fine job with such a small space. It feels much larger and the balcony is magnificent. Everything you need in one compact room!

A good studio to stay. It is true to the pictures and everything went very smooth with check in which I was allowed to do in the morning when I arrived to Paris. Maxime is kind and helping!
