I would highly recommend this listing. The apartment is stunning and conveniently located as advertised. It was pristine inside, and I had everything I could have needed. The best part though is the host! Richard should be considered the gold standard of how all Airbnb hosts should be. He is one of the most welcoming individuals I've ever met. Communication was easy, and he had great recommendations for everything I wanted to do. I cannot wait to return to Toronto and stay here again.

Richard's experience as general manager of five-star hotels clearly shows. He is friendly, affable, warm, funny. His kindness struck me the most - his place has hosted refugees, and queer students or young professionals new to Canada. His home is beautifully decorated, but feels like a home, lived in and loved. I felt so at ease. I've never been to an airbnb so welcoming. I loved our chats and hope to come back!

We went at Richard's for a family week-end, because his home was very close to our family's. We were enchanted by his nice and cosy appartment and his warm welcome.
