The Host Eman was a very friendly and helpful person with good manners.The apartment was very clean and very quiet and it was located near Masjid nabawi and very close to some other Holly mosques. Also the apartment take carer Amza was such a friendly,helpful and a nice person too. I’ll definitely recommend anyone to visit this lovely place 👌👍

Please be aware as in the start they were nice and responsive no doubt as soon as we checked in and realised the place has stains and very dirty and not cleaned properly. There were no cleaning stuff or even toilet rolls . We asked they did not provide us so I travelled by Cab with my wife to panda and bought antibacterial spray and wipes and further my wife spent 30 minutes to clean all the bath tubs and sinks and kitchen cleaning and we felt unfair and report Airbnb about this matter they responded back and cancel the booking as soon as it was cancelled the owner lady and husband walked in the apartment and there behaviour was rude and very aggressive I have requested them I have three kids and they are little scared because of their rudeness and loud volume so even mentioned them they did not stop and told us go out side right now and we told them we are booking another place with help or Airbnb just give us that little time but they kept staying untill we left there . Be aware

It met our expectation to pray in Haram. Hamza is a nice guy and he was available for everything. He brought water and showed how to go alone there.
