Also you can have a good time in the hot tub Great place to relax! You will have easy access to everything from this centrally located place in Grand Prairie. Our call center is available 24/7 during your stay. The whole group will enjoy The masters room with an attached bathroom 1 King bed Bedroom 2 1 King bed Bedroom 3 1 Queen bed Bedroom 4 1 bunk beds and 1 king bed (open for groups of 6+) Bedroom 5 2 bunk beds (open for groups of 8+) 3.5 bathrooms Media room Huge balcony with game room Hot Tub All Linens and towels provided. Before booking this property there was a review from 2 weeks prior stating the jacuzzi was not working. I asked the host did it work, because that was one of the reasons of booking. He said yes it worked, he would update the properties note. Once I arrived I wanted to turn it on to get the temperature ready for the rest of the guest once they arrived. The jacuzzi did not work. I called the host to see if I was doing something wrong, he informed me it did work and gave me instructions to power it on. Still did not work, he said he needed to call his pool guy and he would call me back to give me an update. He later message saying his pool guy says he does not work and they we're waiting on parts. I feel like I should have known that before either booking or before check in. That was the only disappointment. Everything else was fine.

The house is advertised as a 5 bedroom Elite house. This is not an Elite house. When I asked about coat hangers (there were none) I was informed they were not provided. Rsb did then provide them (purchased from Walmart). There were not enough towels. One Of the shower soap dispensers was missing. A cleaner came around to sort this out. I expressed disappointment that there were only plastic wine glasses (a total of 8) Rsb offered to get some. I said I had gone out and bought some. He offered to reimburse me. Immediate action, but definitely irritating that I had to draw his attention to all of these things.

The best part about our location is that we live near the Grand Premium Outlets, just 6 miles away!!! The outlets have fabulous designer stores where you can find all of the brands that you love!! ! Irving mall is just 7 miles away!! And you will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local Target that's only 1.5 miles away or Walmart just 10 miles! Also you can find different banks just 3 miles away.
