If you are looking for the best place to stay, ski, golf, shop, eat, and play in Vermont, look no further. Stratton Mountain Estate is less than a mile from Stratton Mountain. Your stay includes complimentary red and white wines, amazing local cheeses and bread, fresh farm eggs, mimosas, and other delicious treats. Stratton Mountain Estate is a spacious three-floor mountain home of 7,700 square feet, located on a private five acre lot on Stratton Mountain. This home comfortably sleeps 12 people and three of the bedrooms have private full baths. The owner's bedroom has a gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and private sauna. There is a spectacular gourmet kitchen, stocked with all the best cooking appliances a chef could want. There is radiant heating throughout the Tigerwood flooring, certain to keep your winter feet warm! There is a generator, and rapid hot water at every faucet. See the host Guide Book in this listing for tons of information on the best places to eat, ski, shop, and play nearby. The Guide Book is under the map below; click the tab "show more" and you will find it. The golf simulation room and gym are available to guests, via separate key code, for a one-time flat fee of $500, as well as a security deposit of $500 (refundable upon inspection). Guests that rent the golf and gym space will be provided a separate key code. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the golf room or gym without an adult. Guests that have booked and are confirmed, can contact host the day before arrival to arrange fee and obtain code for access. Sorry, as a general rule there are no pets allowed. There’s always an exception and we love our dogs too! Please inquire and tell us about your pet❤️ There is no smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed on the property, including marijuana. The wood fireplace is not available. 😞 Emergency services may be limited on the mountain during the winter due to potential inclement weather. Better to be safe ! The house is always warm and cozy enough! We promise🙏

The best House in Stratton! We were so sad to leave, Laura was and incredible host! She welcomed us with gifts and everything was very clean and organized. The house itself is incredible, Huge bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of board games, and only a few minute drive to the mountain for mountain activities. Would highly recommend the golf simulator and gym also! 10 out of 10.

Laura was one of the most gracious and communicative hosts I’ve ever had. She stocks the kitchen with goodies and had everything ready for our little one. The house is huge! Photos don’t really do it justice. One family could take the entire bottom level and have privacy from the rest of guests, for example. The house is minutes from the mountain and extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again!!! We were all very comfortable and had space from one another because of the size of the house. I highly recommend the home and host!!!

Laura and John were amazing hosts! Upon arrival, they had a welcome basket with local goodies and wine. The home is absolutely beautiful, bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are new and clean. I could not recommend this home more! Very close to the mountain for skiing, dining and shopping! Perfect stay for a big family or friends trip. Looking forward to hopefully coming back!!

Laura and John were 5-star hosts. House was beautiful, well-stocked kitchen, lots of games, very clean and the distance to Stratton Mtn. (about a mile) was great. Easy check-in and they were quick to respond to any questions. Would stay there again!

Our group had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and comfortable. The house is filled with games, books and activities for all ages and there is plenty of space to spread out. We also booked the golf simulator, which was fun and gave us something to do during a rainy, icy day. Overall, we were most impressed with Laura and John as hosts. We were offered an early check in and check out. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a basket of treats and personalized card. The house was stocked with local goods, cooking supplies, and toiletries. They really thought of everything! Overall, this was our group’s best Airbnb ski vacation yet! Thank you for everything!
