Welcome to our Southeast L.A. Hideaway and neighborhood! This tiny home hideaway is an original 1920's granny flat that has been modernized for comfort. We are just a 15-20 minute drive into Downtown LA, East LA, and Boyle Heights and ideal for a guest with access to a car. Our tiny guesthouse is mindfully designed and has everything you need for a restful stay just outside the city boundaries. The entire duplex property is gated and includes a front home, a middle unit (your rental), and a back house (where I live). When you arrive on the property you will enter through our shared driveway where you will find our shared courtyard. Your guest house is attached to the large garage structure in the middle of the property. This is the biggest tiny house you’ll find and it was all designed to maximize space and comfort for travelers. Your guest house includes: - a living room with a comfy couch, bench, a smart tv and board games - a bedroom with some closet space and a full-sized bed (not recommended for guests over 6ft tall), - a stocked kitchen including spices and oils in the pantry, full cookware, dish soap, and cleaning supplies. - your own bathroom stocked with fresh towels, basic toiletries, and a cool make-up friendly mirror with built-in Bluetooth speakers. **Parking** By written request I can provide on-site parking for 1 *compact* car or small SUV (no big/long suvs or vans inside the courtyard). The reserved parking is inside the gated property so you must be comfortable and confident reversing down a long driveway to enter and exit the property with a car. If long driveways make you nervous or you have a large vehicle....Street parking is also available, free, and recommended. *At the time of booking please confirm if you're driving a car and/or need a parking spot reserved*
