Welcome to my family's modern and secluded house in the charming warm hills of Hercegovina. You will find a creek running through the property, a luscious garden, and seasonal fruit trees nestled on the property. A large outdoor pool with a bocce ball court are in plain view. The main house offers 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, two king beds, four queen beds, and two comfortable couches to relax on. There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on the top floor of the house. On the lower level you have a 1 bedroom/2 bathrooms. Inside, the interior is simply stunning sporting a modern, clean and comfy design with furnishing that will make you feel right at home. At every major window for the bedrooms/living rooms there are automatic sunshades for your pleasure. An outdoor stair case rolls down through the natural boulders of the property leading to the cozy chalet on the property. Inside the chalet you will find a fully furnished kitchen, fireplace and inside/outside dining area. A perfect area to decompress from the stresses of life. Connected to the chalet is a full bathroom. The pond of the property has fish that love to be fed bread. Outside you will find a 15 meter saline pool with LED lights. On the pool deck you have furniture and coffee tables to make tanning a breeze. A shower is provided outside on the pool deck for easy desalinating.

This is one of the best facilities that me and my friends have been to! The whole house and the surroundings are beautiful and you have everything and much more than what is needed for a nice and pleasant stay! Our host Kresimir was always available! The house is equipped with all necessary high-quality appliances! I am also a host on airbnb, so I am more than aware that I was in Paradise! Highly recommended for everyone! Villa Americana ♥️
Had such a relaxing time, the location really surprised me. It is very peaceful and the villa is just stunning. The host did an excellent job, thank you Krešimir for the great stay. I had lunch at the Kocusa Waterfalls, amazing views! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Hercegovina region looking for a comfortable stay.
Kresimir's property was absolutely beautiful. The pictures did not fully capture the beauty of the home and peacefulness of the surrounding environment, not only directly around the house but in the neighboring cities, too. An elegant house, beyond gorgeous! Thank you for the lovely hospitality :)
We were in awe when we first came. This Villa captures the essence of what Hercegovina is. Europes hidden gem. A beautiful house with mossy rocks and a creek going through the property. Even the area outside the property is truly relaxing. I would definitely recommend this property to my near friends and family. Our hosts were very hospitable and went above and beyond to help us with whatever question we had.🙂

The surrounding area is filled with warm and friendly neighbors. Neighbors will not intrude on your privacy during your stay. There is virtually no crime in the area and an abundance of warm weather in the summer.
There are dirt roads leading to an aqueduct system built during the Austria-Hungarian Empire. All very beautiful and within a 10 minute walk north from the villa.
The warm Adriatic mountains of Hercegovina have much to offer. A Gazprom gas station is located 5 mins away. There is a nearby market Namex which is a 2 min drive away.
There is no heavy traffic and a rental car is the best way to get around. Below you will find the most famous tourist attractions and restaurants in the area that can be visited during your stay.
