房子很好，双卫也很方便。入住时，被保安拦在楼下一个多小时，很尴尬。近湾仔地铁站，最后1.5公里需要坐出租车，山路和坡道不宜步行。但是跟山下市区里很小的酒店房间相比，个人认为还是很值得的。很感谢房东延迟退房到下午一点！

We just checked out of Scott’s apartment and couldn’t wait to post a review. Scott’s apartment is well located , spacious and complete with all the amenities and comfort of home. The instructions provided were very comprehensive and detailed covering the area, the instructions for the various equipment as well as recommendations of restaurants in the vicinity. Even for someone like me who is very familiar with HK having lived here in the past, I made new discoveries. The apartment is clean, spacious, well stocked and well equipped. We could have easily stayed for another week! Scott is a warm host and was very responsive and flexible. The doormen in the development were all friendly and welcoming as well. I will definitely recommend Scott’s apartment to anyone travelling to hk and looking for a homely apartment.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Scott’s place. His place is clean, comfortable and spacious. Since we were there for a little over 2 weeks, Scott connected us with someone who can help us with cleaning in the middle of our stay. Overall, Scott was very accommodating, responsive and we could not have asked for a better experience. We would love to stay there again and we are grateful for Scott’s hospitality!

My family and I enjoyed this wonderful home. It’s walkable to many places if you’re OK walking down many stairs to the main parts of Wanchai, but it is not too convenient of a place to buy groceries and bringing it back up the hill. I’ve found the easiest way to do this is by taxi. However, this was the only downside and it is a minor issue. Everything was clean, organized and spacious. Scott’s instructions were very clear, and Rachel was able to come onsite whenever there was an issue that needed attention. Overall, I would definitely come back to enjoy this beautiful flat.
