Enjoy a classic Chicago Greystone built in 1893 and renovated in 2023, a true mix of old charm with modern touches of art deco and Scandinavian design. The home is conveniently located in ‘Lakeview’ with a 20min walk to Wrigley Field and 10min to the Brown Line. And if you're driving, we offer free dedicated parking for THREE vehicles. Our home is a duplex with two spacious & connected living spaces. Each space is similar in design with their own unique touches. As such you'll have access to 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, 2 dining rooms, a huge backyard, and 3 car carport. We've taken time to curate an incredible experience for our guests. Check out our bedding accommodations and favorite features: Bedding Accommodations (Sleeps 17+): - 2 Queen Size Beds - 1 Full Size Bed - 2 Full + Twin Bunk Beds (i.e. it's a cool bunk bed not a regular bunk bed) - 3 Twins - 2 Couches (Comfy AF) For larger groups, air mattresses & cushioned cots with extra bedding are available upon request. Spencer is one of the most communicative and helpful hosts we've experienced. The house is great for large groups. The location makes it easy to get to get anywhere. We loved the space and enjoyed getting to know Chicago better. We stayed a month and Spencer was available for any and all needs.
Spencer provided excellent communications and was timely. Great modernized place to stay in the City with designated parking spaces.
Spence was a great host , the home was in excellent shape just as it was described, clean and quiet neighborhood , Me and my family had a Thanksgiving dinner there and when I say everyone loved the space and area, I definitely would do it again wouldn’t change anything about this place, love how he communicated when we had any questions or issues, thanks for having us as guest in your home
Spencer was very helpful and responsive. The place was beautiful, spacious, and accommodating. Access was easy and clear.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Spencer's place! It was very kid friendly (we had 2 toddlers and one infant) and the location was great. Will highly recommend this to friends and family and will definitely plan a return visit!

We have a great location near expressways and public transportation that makes getting around the city a breeze.
DRIVING:
Our home is <5min away from Lakeshore Drive which connects you to the rest of the city. We are a ~30min drive from O'Hare airport in average traffic
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Our home is a short 10min walk to the Irving Park Brown line stop. Check out the L Map on the CTA website. Each ride is $2.50.
Pro Tip: Get a one-day pass or download the Ventra app on your phone. The Ventra app will tell you upcoming bus and train schedules in real-time.
UBER/LYFT/SCOOTERS/BIKES:
Like other major cities, Uber and Lyft are easy to access along with scooters and bikes in parts of the city.
PARKING:
Parking is easy. As our guest, you get 3 parking spots in our carport. And free street parking is available. Throughout the city, parking can be a challenge depending on where you are going.
Pro Tip: Much of the city is pay to park. Download the Park Chicago app to save time and pay from your phone. Apps like Spot Hero or Park Whiz are best to find great deals at parking garages.
