La ubicación del lugar increíble!! Nos quedaba a 10 min del centro de san Miguel, la casa como tal cumplió nuestras expectativas la terraza con una excelente vista, la alberca tenía el agua templada, la atención por parte de Ilse a nuestra llegada excelente!!

A clean condo with quiet surroundings and friendly neighbours. Great access to our own washer and dryer. Ilse was responsive to our need for bottled water bottles and helped get those delivered to us. She also provided us with two tables and a chair that we requested prior to booking. Ilse was less responsive to things we needed in the kitchen like a colander, peeler, knives and tea towels. We ended up buying these for our 5 week stay. We also weren’t given clear instructions of how to dispose of garbage and I finally had to ask. One of the washrooms had a terrible smell from the shower drain, which was not in the owners control, but if you are sensitive to smells it could ruin your stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felt that the kitchen should have been better stocked and that the communications could have been better. We would recommend this place for a short term stay but if you plan to do your own cooking, you may find it lacking.

Estuvimos muy cómodos y contentos Ilse es una excelente anfitriona siempre al pendiente de todo, el departamento es muy cómodo muy limpio con una vista increíble y una excelente ubicación sin duda nos volveremos a hospedar ya que nos sentimos como en casa!!!

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks at the condo. It was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen has the basics to be able to cook-in if desired. Barhrooms were big with nice showers. The porch gets afternoon sun and the sunset views. We had an ongoing issue with the hot water tank pilot light going out. The owners responded quickly but it was an issue until the maintenence guy showed us what to do. In terms of the condo complex itself, it was an oasis - very quiet and calm. The pool, although unheated, is gorgeous. My only real issue was how far away from the city "centro" it is. From the condo, it's a 15 min walk to the closest grocery store and a 35-45 min walk into Centro, depending on how far in you are going. The main square is a 40 min walk. There are some great restaurants along the way but you are walking on a main road with a lot of exhaust. If you are planning on driving, this doesn't really matter, but if you are walking, it's relevant. I walked 100km in 13 days!
