Love my stay at Nicole’s place on Matlacha
The place was as described and very enjoyable. Neighbors and residents of the Island were very friendly and welcoming. The availability of the kayaks was a bonus for us.
Enjoyed Matlacha and surrounding areas. Nicole was a terrific host and very responsive when we needed her. The unit was well equipped and had everything necessary to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The water pressure was great although the bathroom sink did not drain properly - the aftermath of Ian no doubt.
We had the best time. First time I can say this has been what has been described. We kayaked, walked the island, ate amazing food. We asked for a late checkout because we took a last minute charter out. We will be backing
We had the best stay here! It was peaceful and located with in walking distance of everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

I enjoy vacationing as a way to spend time and make special memories with family, friends and loved ones. Prefer locations where I can "live like a local". Similarly, the properties we host also are in neighborhoods , villages and towns, with a strong community feel . We like homes that are cozy , and homey and clean. I enjoy comfortable climates (usually tropical/warm) and scenic natural surroundings.
